I almost went the whole day without taking a picture. I had spent the day at work and the evening at home scraping grout for a 'quick' repair job at the house. Not very photogenic stuff, but that's life. Some days the pictures are pretty plain when doing the routine things that keep a household going.

Photo 365 Project - Grout Repair
I almost went the whole day without taking a picture. I had spent the day at work and the evening at home scraping grout for a 'quick' repair job at the house. I tried clicking on the "Labels: Photo365" link to see if I could regress back to the beginning of the project (and ascertain various reasons for starting it, device(s) used, etc.), however it seems to be a bit broken in that the page that it loads [http://mazerlodge.blogspot.com/search/label/Photo365] has no "Older Posts".
So I guess the point of this comment is to ask:
a) Should "Older Posts" from that page actually show previous posts labelled "Photo365"?
b) Are there any posts previous to 24 May that have that label?
c) What are the reasons, equipment, etc that embody the project at hand?

Excellent questions.
a) Should the 'Older Posts' show older posts?
Yes, if there were any but there aren't, which leads to...
b) Are there any prior to 24 May.
No. It is an arbitrary starting date. I should have made it clear on the post that it was the beginning.
c) Reasons, Equipment, Etc.
Reasons...hmm. Fresh out. I guess just trying it with the intent of looking back at changes over the year, maybe getting some perspective. I'm pretty consistent at work related journaling, logs, status reports with years of history, but never anything picture-based. Also a bit of an experiment to see if I can actually keep up with it.
Equipment. Photo one (24 May, Car Mirror) shows a bit of an iPhone 3GS in the mirror, not a fabulous camera but has the distinct advantage of being with me all the time and easy emailing of photos for posting here. I also have used a Nikon Coolpix S3000 for a few photos, also very compact, easy to tote around. The Memorial Day and Rainbow Over Minneapolis pictures where taken with the Nikon.
As a side note, Some of the earlier pictures you see in this blog were taken with a Samsung i560 Windows Mobile phone (the iPhone 3GS has taken its place). And finally, my favorite picture on this site (so far) was taken with a Nikon D70, The Farewell to the State Fair
That is probably tough work there! Pictures tell the story all the same, Paul! I am needing some grout repair myself. Any tips?
